Drafts business plans for company's services by analyzing the market trends.
Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s financial stability and promoting profitable goals and objectives.
In collaboration with other senior management develops, implements, operates, maintains, and controls the essential operating systems, information, and resources of the company.
Defines and implements key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the division and, as appropriate, the entire organization Drafts and implements policies and best practices to support achievement of objectives and required standards.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including but not limited to tax laws, generally accepted accounting principles, cost accounting standards.
Maintains knowledge of developments and trends in finance and administration including technological advances.
Analyze trial balance, income expenditure statements and P&L statements and take strategic steps in the growth of business.
Qualification / Skills
A Bachelor's degree is required
5 years or more of experience in business administration / management or similar role is required
Require the ability to supervise 5-10 people
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, MS Windows and MS Outlook
Requires the ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret accurately in English
Demonstrate leadership quality and well-organized
Interpersonal competencies including: Integrity and trust, adaptability, motivation ability, coaching and mentoring, political savvy and initiative.
