GENERAL MANAGER, SALES - Trade, Broadcasting And Other Services (PERMANENT POSITION)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and new product development.
2. Review financial statements and budgets to determine whether the company is operating efficiently and generating a profit
3. Set goals for the company in terms of sales volume, product quality, customer satisfaction, employee retention rates, and other measures of success
4. Review sales records to determine how well company’ services are selling and whether changes are needed to increase sales.
5. Analyze and report the company’s income and expenses, also forecast the expensed plus accurate budgeting with forecast
6. Maintaining relationships with client and establish strategies to generate new business projects, leveraging current stakeholder’s competency levels
7. Set sales’ profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed.
8. Set human resource policies and procedures for the hiring of the employees depending on business needs, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
9. Oversee all aspects of transaction life cycle: client sourcing, marketing, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and closing.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $47.35 CAD PER Hour (Overtime paid $71.03 PER HOUR after 44 hours of work per week;4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Job Details:
Experience: Relevant 5 or more years of experience will suffice the job
Education: Bachelor's degree
Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written English
