Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $65.15 CAD Per Hour with minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $97.73 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Job Duties:
- Define business strategy, set bold timelines to execute that strategy, and guide cross-functional teams on the execution.
- Stay on top of new industry developments & readily suggest new technology opportunities to the clients.
- Facilitate managers to coordinate and communicate between support, operations and development
- Provide complete direction accounts and finance team to align with company’s vision
- Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act in negotiations for official contracts.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and engaging work environment, also provide human resources opportunities for better enagagement.
