General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services is required at: RBS Innovations
Job Duties:
- Determine, identify and acquire new business opportunities, build strategic sustainable short and long term relationships to meet the company's growth objective as a team.
- Develop and implement business plan for expansion and profitability
- Manage budget preparation and expense management activities, ensuring the growth is consistent
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity to the clients, including global operations
- Respond to stakeholders concerns in timely manner and provide direction and guidance to respective vertical/domain managers in their assigned job duties.
- Provide direction and assistance in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion to maintain the integrity in the company
- Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures by establishing guiding principles for respective senior managers
- Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support Company’s operations.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and guide operational tasks to others to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently to the clients.

Overtime Rate $97.80 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
