POSITION: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services (Full-Time, Permanent)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Models, upholds and implements Right Tech policies, practices, and standards.
- Optimize daily BAU operations, including reporting, adherence to policies and procedures
- Demonstrates clear and effective communication to team about expectations and “the why behind the what”
- Keeps the team engaged and energized by providing correct advice to respective senior managers
- Coaches, trains, and develops the team to generate their best DOING and BEING with every interaction and to foster a culture of growth and career progression
- Delivers proactive, timely, and thoughtful coaching conversations and feedback to support the team
- Manages the financial performance of the company through effective control of expenses and through the development, analysis and implementation of budgets, sales plans and forecasts.
- Participates in the recruitment, selection and training processes as needed for assigned team’ unit and make sure the HR expectations are aligned with vision of the company
- Meeting and managing clients with the primary aim of providing high confidence in the innovation and delivery capability of our company, and the overall value being delivered to the client
- Ensure that marketing and sales initiatives are consistently accomplished to help meet company targets.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 year to 7 years experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Efficient interpersonal skills,Organized, Flexibility, Team Player
- Key Skills required such as Attention to detail,Adaption to fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines
SALARY & HOURS
CA$ 65.00 / hour for 30 hours per week (*Overtime @ CA$ 97.50/hr, after 44 hours per week)
