Job Responsibilities:
ï‚· Supervision and Co-ordination of Sales staff and cashiers
ï‚· Assigning sales workers to duties and preparation of work schedules
ï‚· Authorizing payments and the return of goods which does not conform to standard.
ï‚· Resolving issues that may arise, including but not limited to customer requests,
complaints and supply shortages
ï‚· Maintaining specified inventory and ordering of goods
ï‚· Preparing Sales reports and personnel matters
ï‚· Responsible for the hiring and training of new sales staff and also monitoring the
performance of such new staff.
ï‚· Ensuring that the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, this
includes the store displays, signage and general cleanliness of the store.
