Position title: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
(Full time permanent position)
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable to develop performance strategy and business planning to direct the management.
- Develop the vision for optimization of business by implementing strategic plans for the expansion of revenue, operational margins, and resources.
- Actively develop marketing & sales opportunities for company’s services
- Leads and provides direction to improve operational excellence by identifying best practices and ideas for innovation and continuous improvement within Real World.
- Ensures that all aspects of the company’s services are consistent with current industry practices and meet all pertinent domestic and international regulatory requirements.
- Within the department, approve courses of action on all management / human resources’ matters, works with and advises staff on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods.
- Manage business unit and department level financial reviews.
- Lead and drive analytics and reporting, systems compliance, and operational quality.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly and annual financial targets as well as MBO (Management by Objectives) targets.
- Work with the team to maximize team efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Engage, support, and provide guidance to the team on supporting the needs of the business.
Job Other Details:
Salary : CAD $65.05 per hour with 30 hours per week
(Overtime paid CAD $97.58 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; and 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Career Level : Bachelors level of education with minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
