We are a fast growing immigration agency and are located in Thornhill, Ontario. We work within thelocal and national-wide communities. Dorostkar Immigration Services Inc. is a Canadian corporation with its office in Thornhill, Ontario.

We specialize in different areas of the Canadian immigration law, and regularly handle numerous files with successful outcomes. We have a track record of many satisfied clients, offering immigration and paralegal services. Our clients come from far and wide backgrounds. We work in the many areas of immigration, such as, Skilled Worker, Owner Operator Work Permit, Business Category, Study Permit, Family Sponsorship, Provincial Nominee, Visitor Visa, Immigration Appeals & Refugees, and more.

Through our marketing plans, we have identified the need for an Office Administrator. We are located in Thornhill, Ontario. The pay is $28 hourly for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will need to do and have the following:

Responsibilities

Tasks

  •       Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  •          Delegate work to office support staff
  •          Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  •          Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  •          Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  •          Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  •          Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  •          Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  •          Supervision of 3-4 people
