Job Description

General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services, with following Job Duties:

Formulate effective business strategy in consultation with management and advise improvements
To look after all processes and formulate policies and SOPs.
To work closely with management on business growth, process improvement and sustainability.
Design policies that align with overall strategy and vision of the company
Drive the company’s financial planning and decide on investment strategies
Participate in recruiting, on-boarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve objectives.
Oversee overall operations, assign quarterly performance goals and ensure their strategy towards completion, and accomplishment.
Plan and conduct brand building and business promotion activities, on frequent basis.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
Networking, analyze and identify potential clients and preparation of profound project proposals jointly with broader list of line of businesses.
Manage contracts and relations with clients, teams and other stakeholders.
Advice supervisors and managers to mentor and motivate respective teams to achieve efficient productivity and engagement.
