Salary: $61.00 per hour for 35 hours a week

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Successfully manage the team, working collaboratively across the organization, delivering high quality and cost-effective day-to-day operations.
• Establish relations with all financial lenders.
• Maintain excellent relationship with EDC Canada.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Estimate total sales, gross and net operating profits and expenses for the sales and service department and consider competition, industry trends and economic indicators.
• Finalize and negotiate the terms of contracts with vendors, third parties and other clients.
• Develop implementation plans to ensure sales team achieves their sales and gross profit targets   
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Increase sales and maintain a professional network, interact with customers, manufacturing representatives.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or equivalent stream
• Experience of 5 years or more within equivalent role or performing similar duties
• Demonstrate ability to manage high stress situations calmly and effectively
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and sales representatives   
• Ability to unite team members with a shared vision
• Well organized and reliable with strong sense of work ethics
• Good command of MS Office, Ms Access and Powerpoint
