JOB POSTING: Meat Cutter – retail or wholesale (NOC 63201)

Location: 3663 Dewolf Way, Merritt (BC) V1K 1C4

Salary: CDN $21.00/hr for 30-40 hours a week

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full time

Start date: As soon as possible.

Vacancies: 2 (two)

Job requirements: -

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma

Experience: Experience an asset

Job Duties:

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Remove bones from meat
• Cut poultry into parts
• Slice cooked meats
• Prepare special orders

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast paced environment; Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail; Physically demanding; Hand-eye co-ordination
