Job Duties:

• Cook complete meals or specialty foods, such as pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes.
• Educate, instruct and train cooks in planning, preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Make and create new recipes
• Makes Special Event menus according to the budget of the group.
• Create decorative food displays for special functions and Guests.
• Makes special meals as per the client’s cuisine taste.
• May plan complete menus.
• May requisition food and kitchen supplies.
