Office Administrator Required at Pride Truck Sales

Role: Office Administrator [(contract type for three years e.g., full-time, permanent term)]
Location: 6050 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T 1A6
Salary: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour (To be Negotiated)

• We are in the urgent need of an Office Administrator who is professional and can oversees all the departments in our office and supervise the work of other admin staff
• We prefer someone who has a working experience as an Office Administrator or other senior role for minimum of 1 year and who can supervise 1-2 people.
• It is fast paced environment, work under pressure, comply with all tight deadlines
• The candidate must have an excellent oral communication, written in English Language, effective interpersonal, organized skills.

• The candidate must have a computer knowledge and skills to use MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Powepoint, MS Windows.

Peaks: We will be offering an overtime pay per hour after working 44 hours in any week. Further, we will give 4% of gross annual income as a vacation pay.

About you – preferred requirements for this role

An ideal candidate must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate along with minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Office Administrator or other senior role.
Language Preference: English

Duties:

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Keep track of all old & new equipment's for leasing and refinancing.
  • Review all the paperwork within the office such as leasing term, credit approvals and sale invoice of equipments.
  • Ensure that the customers are well informed about the maturity date rate. 

Working Hours in each week – 37.50 to 44 hours
