Job Responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of the organization.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
• Provide assistance and advice on various best practices, policies, security threats and resolving performance issues.
• Recommend quality software and tools, assist and analyze bottlenecks in existing systems and recommend solutions.
• Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy the solutions in accordance with the requirements with high performance.
• Meet and coordinate with Customers by translating business requirements into technical vision.
• Evaluate and recommend the development methodologies, frameworks, and modeling techniques.
• Identify and address architectural challenges.
• Contribute to the technical code and design documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality solutions are built and tested.
• Own the Technical Relationships with various units (C4E / Practice / Services etc)
• Help developers see the value of the architecture and understand how to use it successfully.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of IT experience including at least 3 years of experience as MuleSoft Architect
• Must have Certifications - MCIA, MCPA, (either or, or a combination)
• Should have good knowledge on the DevOps lifecycle.
• Good knowledge on cloud 2.0, RPA, FlexGateway components.
• Good to have prior experience having worked on other integration platforms, in addition to Mule Soft
• Very good knowledge on the Platform setup activities like VPC, DLB, VPN (Ipsec Tunnel, Transit Gateway).
• Should be able understand and coordinate with customers on the Network side troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn and execute POC's, as new features and components get added to the platform
• Understand/apply reusable code design, leverage application architecture/framework capabilities and functionality, and design / develop solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and perform to meet business-defined service levels.
