Job Responsibilities:
v Establish sales and gross margin targets
v Set sales objectives, formulate policies and programs to achieve sales targets & gross profits;
v Hire, coach and train a robust sales staff and empower the team by providing motivation and inspirations
v Lead and direct the sales team and provide motivation with a view to build up the sales team to ensure successful achievement of targets
v Allocate human, material and financial resources to achieve sales targets & business expansion
v Provide direction to junior managers on actively engage, negotiate and close key contracts
v Provide support strategies and processes that will drive sales, deliver results & maximize efficiency & productivity
v Oversee daily sales activities, draw up sales reports and design more effective strategies to promote sales
v Monitor market and competitive activity and provide sales forecasts
v Outline and manage sales budgets
v Represent the organization in all official functions, industry trade shows and conventions; travel domestic and internationally as required
v Ensure best sales practices to ensure productivity of the sales force and an excellent customer experience
v Represent the company in a positive manner and contribute to the creation of a positive image through the application of strong ethics and values
v Develop and maintain strong relations with our overseas clients
Eligibility Requirements:
v Bachelor’s degree in similar or equivalent field
v Sound experience of 5 years or more performing similar responsibilities
v Individual to lead and mentor its team in achieving the set milestones for greater benefit.
v Strong written and oral communication over English language.
v Should have basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting and familiarity with financial principles.
v Able to supervise and manage a team of 3-4
v Exceptional leadership skills to foster growth, increase effectiveness & improve productivity and profitability;
v Effective decision making while analyzing the costs and benefits of various options and determining the best course of action to achieve company goals;

Salary: $57.00 per hour for 35 hours a week
