 "IKONIC Walls & Ceilings Ltd is a professional steel stud and drywall installation company serving the Lower Mainland. We have built great commercial and residential projects. We install steel stud and drywall for commercial projects, multi-family homes including high rise buildings. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and customer care. We are in need of two Labour to join our team.

Position: Labour

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: $21 hourly for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Experience: Not mandatory

Education: Senior Secondary Education

Location: 2259 Willoughby Way, Langley, BC V2Y 1B8

 Labour will have to perform all of these duties:

• Clean and prepare surfaces before work
• Move load and unload materials.
• Remove debris and trash from the work site.
• Some specialized job may require on the job training.
• Perform general site clean-up
• May need  to tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
• Assist in assembling the wall and ceiling.
• Transport various materials from construction sites to garbage dumpster.
• Provide labour support as needed for specialty crew.
• Perform other laboring activities.
• Unloading tools prepare necessary materials and set up required equipment.

Work conditions and physical capabilities- Bending, crouching, kneeling, Hand-eye co-ordination, handling heavy loads, large workload, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Tight deadlines, Walking Weight handling- Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Work Setting: Various locations, indoors as well as outdoors.  Need to travel from one location to another.
