We are currently searching for two Floor Covering Installers.

Work Location:

Various locations in the GTA

Duties:

• Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
• Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding
• Prepare and install hardwoods floors
• Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
• Prepare floors for installations
• Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants

Work Setting:

• Construction
• Renovation
• Commercial
• Residential

Installations specializations:

• Vinyl or resilient tiles
• Hardwood strip flooring
• Hardwood intricate patterns flooring
• Parquet flooring
• Cork flooring

Own tools/Equipment:

• Tools
• Safety equipment/gear
• Steels-toed safety boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses/goggles

Requirements:

• Two years of work experience with floor installation

Language of work:

English

Terms of Employment:

Permanent Position/40 hours per week

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday  from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Salary:

From $ 27.00 to $ 29.00 depend on your work experience
