Salary: $27.75 per hour for 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, space, and equipment.
- Manage administrative staff, delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a productive work environment.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization, both internally and externally.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and ensure spending aligns with allocated funds.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee facility maintenance, security, and cleanliness to create a safe and comfortable work environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employees and guests.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for executives and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Oversee office technology, software, and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Address conflicts, concerns, and issues within the administrative team or across departments.
- Collaborate on the development of administrative policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions for administrative staff.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A secondary school graduation certificate is typically required.
- Previous experience in administrative roles of a minimum of 2 to 3 years is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with colleagues, superiors, and external parties.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Accurate and meticulous attention to detail for tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and make sound decisions to resolve problems efficiently.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
- Proficiency in using office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and communication tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, especially for administrative officers overseeing a team.
