Job Duties
Operating meat grinding, cubing and slicing equipment.
Feed and unload meat processing machines.
Processing fresh produce and Preparing fresh sausages
Following recipes accurately and timely
Observing proper handling of raw meat
Clean and sanitize all working areas.
Verify meat, sausages and other products and packaging for defects and quality.
Other duties shall be assigned as required.
Requirements
High School Diploma (Preferred).
Ability to work without supervision and work as a team.
Repetitive tasks within a fast-paced environment.
At least a year of experience is necessary.
