Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Description:
Keep track of stock, sales and food wastage
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Ensure food and service meet the quality of standards
Train new staff about job duties , sanitation and safety procedures
Establish work schedules and procedures
Resolve the customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Evaluate the performance and staff
Assist the staff in the development of restaurant policies and procedures
Skills required:
Team player
Reliable and punctual
Working in fast paced environment
Pay rate:
$27.50 per hour
Education and Work experience:
Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
7 months to less than 1 year work experience is an asset
