Job requires;
Participating in daily recreational activities.
Assisting them with day to day life skills, providing assistance, encouragement and supervision.
This also includes the daily maintenance of the home from dishes to mowing the lawn, shoveling snow and everything in between.
Current, valid drivers license required for safety reasons, no exceptions.
You must have standard first aid or be committed to a first aid course within the first month of employment.
You must have a clean, current RCMP check (to work with the vulnerable sector) or have applied for it and can provide references to your character and dependability.
You must be self motivated, energetic and physically able to keep up with the clients in all their activities as they require line of sight supervision and are very involved and active in different programming.
We need hard working, caring people with integrity who will be invested in relationships with our clients and model integrity for our program.
This position requires all successful applicants to work shift work including holidays, evenings and weekends.
