Primary Duties
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures; Delegate work to office support staff; Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence; Supercive administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure the works are done in a timely manner; Maintain office procedures by organising operations, controlling correspondence and designing system; Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies; Resolve various staff issues related to thier works of staff to the management; Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.
