Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: 6050 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T 1A6

Salary: $27.00 to $29.00 hourly

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time for 37.5 to 40 hours per week

Employment Conditions: Day, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning

Primary Duties

Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures; Delegate work to office support staff; Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence; Supercive administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure the works are done in a timely manner; Maintain office procedures by organising operations, controlling correspondence and designing system; Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies; Resolve various staff issues related to thier works of staff to the management; Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.

1 to 2 people

MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
