Salary: $ 65.25 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Job Type: Permanent employment, Full time
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and analyze financial parameters and subsequently provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on future financial plans, meet company goals, maximize profitability, and manage risks.
- Overview budgets, financial forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against targets.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as market fluctuations, credit risks, and operational risks.
- Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders, including investors, executives, and regulatory bodies.
- Making decisions regarding the allocation of company funds, including investments in stocks, bonds, and other assets.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Leading and managing finance teams, including financial analysts, accountants, and other professionals.
- Participating in corporate strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
- Controlling and optimizing operational costs to improve profitability.
- Conducting financial analysis to assess the performance of various business units and recommend improvements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensuring ethical and responsible financial practices within the organization.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is typically the minimum requirement.
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in finance and leadership roles are required. Experience in progressively responsible financial management positions is highly valued.
- The budgetary responsibility ranges between $500,001 - $1,500,000
- A strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial markets is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and drive financial results.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders, present financial reports, and negotiate financial deals.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills, is expected.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical financial practices and compliance with regulations.
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business environments is crucial.
