Yummy Supply Inc is urgently seeking for 1 Full Time Delivery Drivers Supervisor who possess good communication, operational and supervising skills.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules for all drivers and assigns routes to maximize productivity
• Regular improvisation of the routes to improve the performance
• Supervise and coordinate with goods supplier and truck driver to ensure schedules are met and there’s no lag in delivery times
• Train staff (truck drivers) on job duties and safety procedures
• Monitor truck drivers productivity and organize the work flow
• Keep accurate logs, reports and records of all transportation goods
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve work methods and ensure quality of services and process 

Skills Requirement

• Completion of secondary school required
• At least 1 year of supervising/management experience required in transportation industry
• Bachelor’s Degree is an asset
