2 Restaurant Manager

Noodlebox is urgently seeking for 2 Full Time Restaurant Manager!

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu dishes and food items
• Oversee the restaurant's operations, ensuring that it is clean, well-maintained, and fully staffed. 
• Manage the front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. 
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Create staff schedules and rotations.
• Promote and market the business.
• Oversee stock levels and order supplies.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Keep statistical and financial records.
• Assess and improve profitability.
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
• Make improvements to the running of the business and development of the restaurant.
• Prepare and present staffing/sales reports.

Skills Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• At least 1 year of restaurant managing experience required 
• Bachelor’s Degree is an asset
