Job Description

 

 

  • Oversee and coordinate office operations, as well as reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new processes.
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate administrative staff responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Plan and coordinate office services such as relocations, tools, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, and security.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) and support budgeting procedures.
  • Assist other departmental managers in the interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs.
  • Create and maintain records and databases with information about employees, finances, and other things.
  • Keep track of office supply inventories, arrange orders as needed, produce reports on schedule, and create presentations or proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate with department heads and line managers to keep an eye on the performance of the personnel.
