Salary: $67.10 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This involves long-term financial planning and forecasting.
- Creating and managing budgets, as well as forecasting financial performance. This includes monitoring financial variances and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the company's assets and investments. This may involve managing insurance, investments, and hedging strategies.
- Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Managing cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize returns while maintaining financial stability. This may also involve overseeing banking relationships.
- Evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiations.
- Ensuring the company complies with all relevant financial regulations, reporting requirements, and tax laws. This includes staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Building and leading a high-performing finance team. This involves hiring, training, and mentoring staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors. Assisting in decision-making related to investments, cost management, and growth initiatives.
- Analyzing financial and operational performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Implementing strategies to enhance profitability and shareholder value.
- Effectively communicating financial information to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and regulatory authorities.
- Promoting a culture of financial integrity, ethical behavior, and compliance within the organization.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is usually the minimum requirement.
- 5 years or more of progressively responsible experience in finance and financial management roles.
- The budgetary responsibilities fall within $100,001 - $500,000.
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial software and technology tools, including ERP systems and data analytics.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with financial regulations is crucial, given the responsibilities associated with the role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, set strategic directions, and make tough decisions.
