Food Service Supervisor required                                                                                                                                             

Full Time, Part Time

Salary $17.50/hr Permanent

Education: High School

Experience: 6 months or more required

Language: English

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
• Establish work schedule.
• Order ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• May perform duties as food counter attendant.
