Job Description

Job position: Housekeeping Attendant

Job duties:

• Perform sweeping, moping, floor polishing and washing activities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers and elevators, polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Vacuum carpets and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture before dusting it.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries, make bed, and replace bedding.
• Respond to visitor’s requests for additional supplies.
• Empty trash containers.
• Report lost and found items.
• Stock closets with linen and other essential supplies.

 Requirements:

• No degree, certificate or formal education required
• 1 to less than 7 months experience required.
• Work locations will be hotel, motel, resort.
• Requires the ability to read, write, communication in English or french.
• Employment conditions may be Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Salary & Hours: $17.50 / hour for 40 hours per week

Vacatio pay: 4%
