JOB DUTIES:
Preparing construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris and hazards.
Set up and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Distribute materials to appropriate locations on the construction site.
Assist in demolition activities, including removing structures, walls, or other elements as directed.
Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete.
Assist in the installation of concrete forms and framework.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the construction site.
Contribute to the drilling and blasting of rocks on construction sites.
Maintain and feed equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in construction is preferred;
Willingness to learn and adapt to various construction tasks and responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and techniques and construction tools and equipment is an asset.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, sometimes including evenings and weekends.
