Job Description: 

Grit Security Corp. located in Vancouver, BC is looking to hire two full-time security guard supervisors who can work for our company whose main responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring the safety of premises, assets, personnel, and visitors.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and oversee the work of security guards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Create and implement schedules for security staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Train security personnel on proper safety and security procedures.
• Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that security staff are following all safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.

Requirements:

• No specific education is required but having a secondary diploma is an asset.
• + 1 year of related experience
