Wage : $26.44 per hours (40 hours per week)

Job requirements:

Languages:

English

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Have great attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle working under pressure

Personal Suitability:

Work well with a team, be organized, dependable, reliable, and be client focused

Specific Skills:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards,

Train and supervise restaurant staff, food counter attendants, and kitchen staff,
Direct team member activities in order to maintain speed of service, cleanliness standards, and operational needs,
Create and maintain a positive work environment,
Assisting with inventory and order supplies as needed,
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction,
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance,
Process payroll for all restaurant staff,

Food service counter attendants and food preparers
