Job Description

Urban Vista Cabinets Inc. is specialized in cabinets since 2005. We are a full-service custom cabinet company that produce high-end commercial and residential cabinetry and millwork for contractors and homeowners. 

We're looking for a Sales Supervisor with a strong track record of success selling customized solutions to business-to-business or individual clients. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in writing proposals, creating complex sales presentations and managing a territory. Candidates should have a background in customer-oriented and business-to-business sales, an ability to track prospects, an interest in learning the latest technology and excellent communication skills.

 

You will be responsible for:

  1. Lead and coordinate sales representative team to achieve sales targets

  2. Direct and supervise team members engaged in sales, taking inventory and reconciling sales payments

  3. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

  4. Build strong relationships with customers and potential customers

  5. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

  6. Prepare business proposals clearly and concisely

  7. Prepare visualized reports to record sales figures for data analysis 

  8. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives

  9. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

  10. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

  11. Meet all sales quotas and goals

  12. Perform sales duties as needed

 

Highlight of Qualification: 

  • At least completion of secondary school is required, diploma or higher education in business, marketing, economics or product related industries are preferred

  • At least one year working experience as sales is required, supervisory experience will be asset

  • Reference check is required

  • Good English communication ability is required, multi-language communicator will be preferred

  • Strong ability in multitask and timely manner 

  • Detail-oriented and sensitivity

  • May work in weekend and holiday

  • Inside or outside Canada Business trip

Job Details: 

  • Wage: 22.00-25.00/ Hour

  • Hour of Work: 35 hours per week

  • Work Location: 2175 – 580 Nicola Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 0P2 

  • Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration

  • CPP & EI
