A private household situated in Surrey, BC, is looking to hire a Home Support Worker for their Elderly Parent.
Location: 7918 – 126A Street, Surrey, B.C., V3W 7J9, Canada
Position Title: Home Support Worker (NOC 44101)
Wage: $24.00/hour; 40 hours per week
Overtime: $36.00/hour after 40 hours per week
Vacation Pay: Remuneration 4% Gross Pay
Vacancy: 1 position available
Anticipated Date: As soon as possible

Job requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, Completion of a training program in , First Aid certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training required.
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Personal Suitability: Punctuality, Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Flexibility, Reliability, Client focus
Main Duties: Administer bedside and personal care, assist in regular exercise (e.g. walks), feed or assist in feeding, Plan therapeutic diets and menus, Provide companionship, Provide personal care, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Launder clothing and household lines, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Work Setting: Employer's home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
