Job Requirements: 
Education: completion of Secondary school graduation is required. 
Experience: 1 year to less than 2years’ experience.
Language: English

Job duties: 
 Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icing and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
Bake mixed dough and batters.
Bake traditional Nigerian Pastries and African Cookies.
Prepare special orders.
Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
Draw up production schedules.
Ensure that quality of products meets established standards.
Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Operate machinery.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
