Job Description

1 Full-time permanent Sales Supervisor position available at Affordable Insurance Solutions Inc., located at 95 Bayridge Dr., Brampton, L6P 2N7 Canada

 Main Duties to be completed as per the NOC :

Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)

Assign sales workers to duties

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Teach interest or professional development courses

Authorize payments by cheque

Order merchandise

Establish work schedules

Sell merchandise

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Organize and maintain inventory

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Oversee payroll administration

Conduct performance reviews

Supervise office and volunteer staff

Employment requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Previous one year of experience is required.

Compensation:

$22.15 per hour for 37.50 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
