Position:                                      Administrator-Dental health Services( NOC 30010)

Duration:                                     Permanent, Full-Time 

Hours:                                         32/week Minimum in a week

Salary:                                         $36.00/hr

Overtime:                                     As per provincial standards - $52.2 after 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week

Observed Holidays:                     As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 holidays/yr

Prefered Language of work:         English

Education:                                   Minimum Bachelor Graduate Degree

Experience:                                 Minimum 3 years of  Experience required in similar profession

Job Duties:

• • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Manage contracts
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
