Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company operates profitably by managing costs, optimizing pricing strategies, and maximizing margins.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to perform at their best. Employee retention and development are often key metrics.
- Developing and managing the budget, including expenses related to staffing, marketing, and maintenance.
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Participating in negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Overseeing financial reports including detailed analyses of the stores’ performance and future plans.
- Staying updated about market trends, competition, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions and adapt strategies.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales management and leadership roles is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate sales teams, set targets, and foster a positive work environment.
- The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and senior management.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required to demonstrate computer skills in technology.
Location: Toronto, ON M5T 2C7
Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
