Location: Niagara Falls, ON L2E 3M5
Salary: $47.50 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales managers.
- Leading the team to ensure yearly targets are met as set.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Set sales’ profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed.
- Develop and manage operating budgets envisioning the forecast
- Monthly financial analysis and includes determining overall success of current customer profiles
- Spark your team’s passion for delivering the best customer experience possible by creating a brilliant customer journey and generate continuous operation pathway
- Working closely with support teams, maintaining top notch communication, service levels and response
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, is required
- 5 years or more experience in preferably with a staffing company is required.
- Proficient in English language (verbal& written)
- Ability to supervise 5-10 people
- Must have knowledge of MS Access; MS Office
- Should be able to handle the team individually and proficiently.
