Job details:

35 to 40 hours per Week

Permanent employment/ Full time

Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Weekend

Starts as soon as possible

Languages:
English

Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certifi cate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience

Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities
Tasks:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fi xed assets and depreciation
  • Keep fi nancial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and fi nancial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, fi nancial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Keep- financial records & establish, maintain & balance various accounts using manual & computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Calculate & prepare cheques for payrolls & for utility, tax others, complete & submit tax remittance forms, worker's compensation forms, pension contribution, prepare tax returns, other statistical, financial & accounting reports and more
  • Prepare trial balance of books
