Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Efficiency:

    • Coordinate and enhance office procedures for optimal efficiency.

    • Implement and evaluate new procedures to streamline operations.

  • Task Prioritization:

    • Establish work priorities aligned with company goals.

    • Delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring timely completion.

  • Operational Management:

    • Administer various administrative activities associated with business operations.

    • Manage admissions processes and records release in compliance with privacy legislation.

  • Office Services Coordination:

    • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.

    • Oversee logistics for relocations, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Required Skills for Office Administrator:

  • Proven organizational skills to enhance office procedures.

  • Effective delegation and multitasking abilities for task prioritization.

  • Expertise in coordinating office services and overseeing logistics.

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in report preparation.

Education:

  • High School Certificate or relevant experience

 Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles,
