Coach
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate athletes and assess areas of improvement
Lead practice sessions
Cultivate and enrich the skills and capabilities of athletes
Manage and synchronize competitive schedules and programs
Inspire and prime athletes for competitive events or games
Prepare game plans
Review games on video, teach athletes to learn from their mistakes
Qualifications:
Completion of a coaching program a valuable asset
A minimum of one year of experience in a soccer coaching role is mandatory
Must be in good physical condition
No criminal record
Must be available to travel frequently to other cities in Ontario, and periodically across Canada.
Salary: We offer a range from $27.00 to $28.00 / hour based on qualifications
Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employer’s discretion
Benefits: Two weeks paid vacation per year
Job Type: Full-time permanent, we guarantee a minimum of 35 hours per week
Language: Good command of English is required
