Framer-carpenter
Salary: $32.50 per hour, 36-40 hours per week , permanent , full time, regular
Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, 2-3 years of experience, able to work at heights, noisy, dusty environment, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, physically demanding. Personal suitability: accurate, reliability, team player.
Tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements, Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials, build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems, fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware, construction and renovation in residential and commercial buildings.
