Job Responsibilities

  • Assess current and future staffing needs to ensure recruitment initiatives align with the company's objectives.
  • Advise management and staff on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure organizational alignment and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute targeted job marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels to attract high-quality talent.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates, both online and offline, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collect and meticulously screen applications to identify the best-fit candidates for the organization.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection panels to rigorously evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within the company.
  • Build relationships with colleges and universities to recruit recent graduates.
  • Notify applicants about the outcomes of their selection processes in a timely manner.
  • Provide comprehensive information on employment terms and conditions to selected candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate recruitment strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Organize job fairs, recruitment events, and webinars to connect with potential candidates and boost employer brand awareness.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education in personnel administration, industrial relations, commerce, or professional development in personnel administration.
  • Certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) would be an asset but not mandatory.
  • Administrative or clerical experience in personnel administration.
  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates, employees, and management.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and online technology.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
