Job Description

We are looking for a full-time/Permanent Hotel Clerk Supervisor (NOC 62022) to start working for our company Salmon Arm Travelodge.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school or its equivalent

• One year or more of related experience is preferred

Essential Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, problem-solving, working with others, people management skills, positive attitude, time management and organization skills.

Duties:

• Supervise, Coordinate, assign and review the work of motel and accommodation services clerks.
• Attend all management and team meetings.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Ensure superior service standards and implement and evaluate a safe environment for workers and guests.
• Provide performance reviews to staff.
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Requisition of supplies and materials.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
