Location: Bishop's Falls, NL A0H 1C0

Salary: $30.25 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

 Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including activities such as creating marketing collateral, coordinating promotional materials, and implementing advertising strategies.
• Assist in conducting market research to gather information about target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis. This may involve analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to help shape marketing strategies.
• Help manage social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives. This includes creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events and trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. This may involve working with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring a smooth execution.
• Assist in creating marketing content, such as blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and press releases. This includes proofreading, editing, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels.
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, images, and videos. This may involve managing a digital asset library and ensuring materials are up to date.
• Work closely with other teams, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. This includes coordinating projects, gathering feedback, and facilitating effective communication.

 Eligibility Requirements:

• A CEGEP/college diploma is typically preferred
• Experience of 2 to 3 years in the marketing industry is crucial for this job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effectively conveying marketing messages and collaborating with team members.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading and editing are also important.
• Basic analytical skills are useful for tracking and analyzing marketing data and metrics.
