Job Description

We are looking for a Jewelry Designer with creative and excellent working knowledge of materials, popular trends and designs, and computer aided design software knowledge to join our team.  The individual will responsible for all aspects involved in designing and creating jewelry and related accessories for men, women and children. We will need create pieces or make prototype for a design that will be produced.

Job Duties:

• Conceptualize new piece of jewellery through sketch drawing and develop 2D designs using photoshop or illustrator;
• Utilize design software like Rhino 8 and Blender to create detailed 3D models, including rendering and basic animation;
• Execute 3D printing wax models, applying support metal with Chitubox software, and carefully removing the support materials before casting;
• Oversee metal casting of new pieces, using wax models, and conducting quality checks;
• Evaluating wax models for potential enhancements and implement improvements as necessary;
• Conduct sample production, involving support material removal, reshaping, scratches removal, oxidation patina application, and polishing;
• Collaborate closely with content creator team to document the sample jewelry production process and ensure proper design execution prior to mass production.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in fine arts, visual arts, or design with specialization in theater design, clothing design, exhibit design or other related design is required.
• Creative ability, as demonstrated by a portfolio of work is required.
• Use of computer-aided design software, such as Rhino 8, photoshop and illustrator is required.
• Work experiences in related industry is preferred.
