Our family has owned and operated Palma Pasta since 1985. We service our retail locations seven days a week and supply the foodservice sector all over the GTA.
Right now we are looking for a meat packer to join our work team.
Job Duties
Work in production lines packaging fresh or frozen products, such as meat, sausages, and more, into bags or boxes.
Follow all production instructions, maintaining high production numbers to meet customer orders.
Provide assistance to process control and machine operators
Feed and unload meat processing machines.
Clean and sanitize all working areas.
Verify meat, sausages and other products and packaging for defects and quality.
Other duties shall be assigned as required.
Requirements
High School Diploma (Preferred).
Ability to work without supervision and work as a team.
Repetitive tasks within a fast-paced environment.
At least a year of experience is necessary.
Rate: ​$17.00
