Building handyperson
The Owners, Strata Plan NW524 is looking for 1 full-time building handyperson.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Unit 202-224 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1A4
Wage rate: $29.00 per hour, overtime will start after 40 hours per week
Eligibility:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Related experience is an asset
- English language
Job Duties:
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Advertise vacancy
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
- Supervise other workers
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
