Candidate must be able to withstand sitting, walking and standing for an extended period of time in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also have great attention to detail.

Specific Skills

• Delegate tasks/duties to sales workers
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints

• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Make sure that health and safety measures are met
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws
• Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
• Organize and distribute staff schedules
